We strictly prove the coincidence of the necessary condition and the sufficient condition for the fully separability of three qubit GHZ diagonal states. We study the total and genuine entanglement with the relative entropy of entanglement. The genuine entanglement turns out to be much simpler than the total entanglement. The strict fully separable and biseparable criteria make it possible to completely solve the entanglement problem of three qubit GHZ graph diagonal states, provide us an good example of the entanglement of multipartite mixed states.
