We present several quantum public-key encryption (QPKE)protocols of classical message, and show that some of them are information-theoretically secure. We first give two QPKE schemes orienting one-bit message, then extend them to two kind of QPKE schemes orienting multi-bits. A new structure of these protocols ensures their information-theoretic security. All the schemes are designed with conjugate coding single-photon string, thus may be realized in laboratory with nowadays techniques.
