In this paper we study weak values and weak measurement from a quantum-logical viewpoint. We examine the validity of counter-factual interpretation of Hardy's paradox in terms of weak values and show that it is not evaluated by means of weak measurement. It is also shown that strange weak values may appear only if they are not (conditional) probabilities and that non-commuting observables can not be measured simultaneously even by weak measurement.
